Hi, and welcome to Tripp and Crystals Lawn Care! We both have worked together helping run a large lawn care business owned by Crystal’s brother, and we both decided to start our own lawn care business, as we have a unique advantage of being the owner, the phone person, the mow person, the snow removal person, fall and spring cleanup person and the collections person, lol. The advantage of this to you, the customer, is a much more personalized experience, as there is no breakdown of communication between you, the customer, and the guy doing the actual mowing/landscaping/snow removal, etc. Crystal or I will be doing your actual mowing/landscaping/snow removal, etc. The person who answers the phone, who runs your credit card, who doesn’t leave your gate open for the dog to get out later, is all either going to be me or Crystal. Your job will not be farmed out to anyone but me and Crystal.
We specialize in large estates and commercial properties, as business owners find it difficult to find mowers that want to make the property as good as the owner wants it to look. When you call us for a free quote, it will be either me or Crystal who will come out to your property and inspect and give you a quote. It will be me or Crystal who performs whatever service you are in need of for your large estate/acreage or commercial/business property.
